Genet. 154: 205-211) to Escherichia coli IR27, derivative of E. coli strain K, carrying DNA methylase genes (GK0343-GK0344 and GK1380-GK1381) of Geobacillus kaustophilus HTA426.This strain have the DNA tranfer ability to Geobacillus kaustophilus HTA426.
